Browse the product from product categories.
Click the product you want and choose the capacity from ¡°option menu¡± and specify the quantity then click ¡°add¡± to place the item in your shopping cart.
If you would like to browse for more products, click ¡° continue shopping¡±.
Once you are ready to confirm your order, click ¡°check out¡±.
For existing customer, please log on by entering your email address and password. For new customers, please fill in your particular and click ¡°next¡±.
Step 1 of 4 ¨C General Info: Please key in your particulars and under payment option, please choose either ¡°self-collection¡± or ¡°Cash on Delivery¡±.
Step 2 of 4 - Shipping Method: Please select either self-collect or local delivery for your order. If you have any additions comments in regards with your order, please indicate it at ¡°additional comments¡± under ¡°shipping method¡±
Step 3 of 4 ¨C Verify Order: please verify your order and click ¡°Save¡±.
Step 4 of 4 ¨C Order No: we will send you a notification mail once your order is done. Please present your order no when you come to our sales office for goods collection.
No changes can be made after the order transaction is done.
All price stated online are inclusive of 7% GST.
Please pay cash for delivery service. Our sales office accept Nets, cash & additional 3% for VISA card payment.
Shipping is subject to stock availability upon confirmation. No changes of order will be entertained after order confirmation. Should any of the items you have ordered become out of stock, you will be notified and you have the option to amend your order.
You can expect to receive your orders within 5~7 working days at your preferred delivery time. Our long delivery hours from 10am to 6pm make it easy to receive goods even for the busy customers.
Shipping Charge
A shipping charge of SGD10.00 per trip will be applied to all addresses in Singapore island-wide only.
If there are changes on the original delivery time, please give us a day notice in advance. We allow you to change your delivery time once only.
If customer failed to keep to the arranged delivery time in any circumstances, an administration charge of $50 will be imposed.
Please collect your order within 7 working days, otherwise your order will be forfeited.

TwinMOS Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, guarantees all modules products manufactured and bear the "TwinMOS" labels with the conditions and limitations listed below. TwinMOS shall either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any defects arising from misuse, mishandling, abuse, accident, natural disaster, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
Duration of Warranty
Product Lifetime Warranty for Memory Modules
This warranty applies to all "TwinMOS" labeled modules products (EXCEPT Rambus, Elixir, and any original modules) based on the condition that the product(s) is still manufactured. Any product that has reached the end of its product lifetime (End-of-Life) or discontinued shall not be covered this warranty. The end of a product line will be announced by TwinMOS on its website six (6) months prior to the discontinuation of any product(s).
Two -Years Warranty for Memory Card
One -Year Warranty for miniBooMX and BooM1 Audio System for iPod
Note: The warranties only cover repair or replacement of defective TwinMOS products, as provided above. TwinMOS is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty; any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of TwinMOS products, nor obsolete its products, as long as there are component materials available in the marketplace and reasonable customer demand for the products.
RMA Guidelines
To obtain warranty service, you must follow TwinMOS RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines when returning a defective product. It is essential that you must return to the one from which you purchased the TwinMOS product. You will be asked to include all product identification information, such as "TwinMOS" labels, bar code stickers with serial number, and if required, proof of purchase. Please read carefully and follow the below instructions before returning any products.
Return Procedures
RMA Form and Number
You must first obtain an RMA form and number from RMA department and complete with the requested information before sending back any defective parts. This must be done through email (fax accepted only if no email service is available). **Please note that the RMA number is only valid for 30-days as of the issuance date. If returning after the valid period, please request for a new number.
When Returning
The RMA form must be attached to the returned goods with the RMA number written on BOTH the form and outside of package box. No return products will be accepted without the above described.
Verification
Upon receiving the returned products, TwinMOS RMA dept. will verify the goods against RMA form and reply to customers within 48 hours for any discrepancy.
RMA number and form are required! Please don't forget!
Repair or Replacement Time
Standard Defective Products
All under warranty TwinMOS products shall be repaired or replaced within 21 working days upon receiving.
DOA (Defective-on-Arrival)
All products that are defective on arrival shall be exchanged immediately upon receiving.
